What's the minimum order size? +
Our minimum is 15 gift boxes, starting at $1,500 total. This lets us maintain quality and give every order the attention it deserves. Have a smaller need? Reach out — we can sometimes accommodate.
How far in advance should I order? +
We recommend 2–3 weeks for standard orders. Rush fulfillment (5 days) is available on Signature packages. For holiday season, booking 6–8 weeks ahead is ideal to lock in your spot.
Can you handle sensitive occasions like grief? +
Yes — and we take these with the utmost care. We work with you to understand the situation and curate a package that feels genuinely compassionate, not performative. These are often the gifts that matter most.
Can you include our company branding? +
Yes. All packages include at minimum a branded insert card and ribbon. Signature and White Glove tiers include custom logo tissue paper, branded boxes, and full identity integration throughout the unboxing experience.
Do you ship nationwide? +
Yes. We're DC-based but ship anywhere in the US, including to remote employees' homes. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — just ask.
Is there a long-term contract? +
No long-term commitment required. Our White Glove retainer runs quarterly, and you can renew or pause at the end of each quarter. We believe in earning your business every time.
